A brief history

1995

How it all started!

We started off as a recruitment agency, where we exceled at connecting our clients with the best talents in the market.

2001

HR Consultancy

In 2001, we began to provide HR consultancy solutions, building upon our reputation in the market as a top provider for recruitment services.

2005

Introducing new technologies

This was the year we decided to adopt world-class service level, introducing people assessment services and using international psychometric tools

2007

Market expansion

After 12 years of great success, we decided to get closer to our clients and expand in new markets, so we established our GCC regional office

2014

The first partnership

We partnered with Riverwaves to provide our clients with new and innovative BPS and CPD accredited solutions and trainings.

2016

Executive Hiring

We established a partnership in 2016 with the executive search pioneer, Signium, to become the recruitment solutions arm and provide worldwide Executive Search Solutions.

2020

Building on our success

Realizing that partnerships with other consultancy agencies allows us to provide more value to our clients, in 2020 we grew the group to 6 partners.

Partnering and collaborating never stopped, and never will, we remain committed to delivering the best value to our clients, today, the group consists of 11 partners, delivering the best solutions in the market, worldwide!
